為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。

注意事項：
一、日期：115年3月13日(星期五) 9:00~11:00。(任一您有空的時間都可以進行受檢)
二、體檢地點：三連堂。
三、體檢費用：共770元。(當日繳交並領取體檢卡)
四、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。
五、請準備大頭照(1吋或2吋皆可)。
六、該時段有胸部X光照檢，三連堂前請勿停車，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。
七、如有問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。
