農業部動植物防疫檢疫署提醒大家，防範狂犬病謹記「二不一要」（請參閱附件海報）:

一、不棄養家中寵物
二、不接觸、捕捉及飼養野生動物
三、要每年施打狂犬病疫苗：每年帶犬猫及人工飼養之食肉目動物，施打狂犬病疫苗

若遭查獲未依規定完成狂犬病疫苗注射者，依法處新台幣3萬元至15萬元罰鍰。

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture reminds everyone to remember the "Two Don'ts and One Do" to prevent rabies (see attached poster):

1. Do not abandon your pets.
2. Do not touch, capture, or keep wild animals.
3. Get a rabies vaccination annually: Dogs, cats, and artificially raised carnivores should be vaccinated annually.

Those caught failing to complete rabies vaccinations as required will be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$150,000.
