依「菸害防制法」第18條第1項規定，各級學校全面禁止吸菸（含電子煙、加熱菸等類菸品。）
若違反該項規定，處新臺幣兩千元以上一萬元以下之罰鍰。

Please note：
According to Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act", smoking of tobaccos whether in the form of e-cigarettes, heated cigarettes or any other tobacco products is completely prohibited in schools at all levels. Any violators shall be fined in an amount of no less than NTD 2,000 but no more than NTD 10,000.
