一、大學部(四技、二技)，即日起至11/1前，請班代或衛生股長至保健中心(F210)領取貴班之體檢報告。
二、碩博生、轉學生，有參加體檢活動的同學，即日起至11/1前，請至保健中心(F210)領取體檢報告。
三、尚未繳交體檢報告者，請盡速繳交至保健中心(F210)。
四、如有任何問題請洽分機2231,找張護理師詢問喔。
1. Undergraduate students (fourth and second-year technical students): From now until November 1st, please have your class representative or health officer go to the Health Center (F210) to collect your class's physical examination report.
2. Master's and doctoral students, as well as transfer students, who have participated in physical examinations, please go to the Health Center (F210) to collect your physical examination report from now until November 1st.
3. Those who have not yet submitted their physical examination report should do so as soon as possible at the Health Center (F210).
