一、請進修部新生(四技、二技、碩專)新生於114/10/15以前至保健中心(F210)領取。
二、未參加本次檢查的同學請於10/15以前繳交檢驗報告，至保健中心F210)。
三、 9/8~10/15期間於校外取得胸部X光檢查報告者，其已繳之費用可持胸部X光檢查報告及報到時發的胸部X光檢查紀錄卡，至保健中心(F210)申請退費。
四、 如有任何問題請撥分機2231找張護理師洽詢。
1. New students in the Continuing Education Program (fourth-year, second-year, and master's programs) should collect their medical records at the Health Center (F210) before October 15, 2025.
2. Students who did not participate in this examination should submit their medical records to the Health Center (F210) before October 15, 2025.
3. Students who obtained chest X-ray reports off-campus between September 8 and October 15 can apply for a refund of their fees by presenting their chest X-ray reports and the chest X-ray record card issued upon arrival to the Health Center (F210).
