一、 於9/13 (星期六) 11:00-13:00舉行，請進修部「碩專」新生至三連堂前面領取「胸部X光檢查紀錄卡」並繳交350元，進行胸部X光照檢。
二、 未參加本次檢查的同學請於9/30以前繳交檢驗報告，至保健中心(F210)。
三、 6/8~9/8期間於校外取得胸部X光檢查報告者，可以不參加本次檢查；其已繳之費用可持胸部X光檢查報告及胸部X光檢查紀錄卡，至保健中心(F210)申請退費。
四、 如有懷孕，請提早告知受檢人員。
五、照檢當天三連堂請勿停車，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。
六、如有任何問題請撥分機2231找張護理師洽詢。

1. The examination will be held on Saturday, September 13th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. New students in the Continuing Education program should go to the front of Sanlian Hall to receive a "Chest X-ray Record Card" and pay a fee of NT$350 for a chest X-ray examination.
2. Students who have not participated in this examination should submit their results to the Health Center (F210) by September 30th.
3. Students who obtained their chest X-ray reports off-campus between June 8th and September 8th are exempt from this examination. Fees already paid can be refunded by presenting the chest X-ray report and chest X-ray record card to the Health Center (F210).
4. If you are pregnant, please inform the examinee in advance.
5. Please do not park in Sanlian Hall on the day of the examination. We apologize for any inconvenience.
