緊連學校大門口之人行道仍屬校園之一部分，請勿聚集於此吸菸。若需要在校園外吸菸，菸蒂亦勿隨意丟棄，請自行帶走，以免受罰。依此，敬請吸菸者培養良好之菸品文化。
The sidewalk immediately adjacent to the school gate is still part of the campus. Please do not gather here to smoke, and do not discard cigarette butts at will. Please take them away by yourself to avoid punishment. Accordingly, smokers are kindly requested to cultivate a good smoking culture.
另依法規定未滿20歲之人禁止吸菸，違者需接受「戒菸教育」。
In addition, according to the law, people under the age of 20 are prohibited from smoking, and violators must receive "smoking cessation education".
人行道仍屬校園附連圍繞之校地範圍，依此不得於此吸菸。

Provide Students receiving smoking cessation education in the Health Care Team
法源依據：
1.依「菸害防制法」第18條第1項規定，各級學校全面禁止吸菸（含電子煙、加熱菸等類菸品。）若違反該項規定，處新臺幣兩千元以上一萬元以下之罰鍰。
According to Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act", smoking of tobaccos whether in the form of e-cigarettes, heated cigarettes or any other tobacco products is completely prohibited in schools at all levels. Any violators shall be fined in an amount of no less than NTD 2,000 but no more than NTD 10,000.
2.依「菸害防制法」第16條第1項以及第42條第1、2項規定，未滿二十歲之人違反禁止吸菸之規定，需限期接受戒菸教育，若無正當理由未接受者戒菸教育者，處新臺幣2,000元以上10,000元以下罰鍰。
2. According to Article 16, paragraph 1, and Article 42, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act", persons under the age of twenty who violate the prohibition on smoking must receive smoking cessation education within a time limit. Those who fail to receive smoking cessation education without a justifiable reason will be fined not less than NT$2,000 but not more than NT$10,000.
3.依「廢棄物清理法」第27條規定，在指定清除地區內嚴禁有隨地吐痰、檳榔汁、渣、拋棄紙屑、煙蒂、口香糖、瓜果或其皮、核、汁、渣或其他一般廢棄物。違反者依同法第50條規定可處新臺幣1,200元至6,000元罰鍰。
3. According to Article 27 of the "Waste Disposal Act", the acts of spitting of phlegm or betelnut juice or fiber or discarding of waste paper, cigarette butts, chewing gum, fruit or the skin, pit or juice thereof, or other general waste are strictly prohibited within designated clearance areas. Violators may be fined NT$1,200 to NT$6,000 in accordance with Article 50 of the same law.
