為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。
注意事項：
一、日期：113年9月30日 10:00-15:00。(12:00-1300休息)(五專、四技生分班級進行，詳見附件一)
二、體檢地點：三連堂。
三、體檢費用：共730元。(碩博生、轉學生、國際商務新生當場繳交)
五、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。(9/5、9/18-20已完成抽血者，則不需再進行抽血檢查)
六、請準備大頭照(1吋或2吋皆可)。

3.Cost:NTD$730(Master’s and doctoral students, transfer students, and international business freshmen should pay on the spot.)
4. Master and doctoral students, transfer students, and international business freshmen must complete all inspection items on the same day, and do not need to be carried out by classes.(10:00-15:00)
5. A blood test is required on the day. Before doing the health check, please remain fasting for 6-8 hours to facilitate the inspection.(Those who have completed blood drawing on 9/5、9/18-20 do not need to conduct blood testing again)
